Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 7, 2026

This policy explains what cookies Clientell sets, why we set them, and how you can control them.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — such as your login session — so you don't have to re-enter it on every page.

Cookies we use

CookieTypePurposeDuration
authjs.session-tokenEssentialKeeps you logged in during your session. Set by Auth.js (NextAuth).30 days
authjs.csrf-tokenEssentialProtects against cross-site request forgery attacks on sign-in forms.Session
authjs.callback-urlEssentialRemembers where to redirect you after signing in.Session
__vercel_live_tokenInfrastructureUsed by Vercel to route requests to the correct deployment. Not used for tracking.Session

What we do not use

Clientell does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics). We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. The only cookies set are those strictly necessary to operate the application and keep your session secure.

Managing cookies

Because all cookies on Clientell are essential to the functioning of the service, disabling them via your browser settings will prevent you from signing in and using the app. Most browsers let you view and delete cookies through their developer tools or privacy settings. Clearing your session cookie will sign you out.

Third-party services

Clientell is hosted on Vercel and uses Google OAuth for sign-in. When you authenticate with Google, Google may set its own cookies on google.com domains — these are governed by Google's own cookie policy. Clientell does not control or have access to those cookies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we add new features or integrations. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of Clientell after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
